Girls travelling to school on school buses are expected to be polite and behave appropriately at all times (please see notes below issued to all girls travelling on the Haslemere bus explaining the necessary code of conduct). It goes without saying that the same standards of behaviour pertain to all school buses.
• “All users of the bus must be registered with the co-ordinator. Buses may not be used by non-registered girls without the specific permission of the co-ordinator.
• Girls must remain seated on the bus and use the seat belts provided.
• The same standards of behaviour are expected on the bus as in school. Specifically girls are expected to be polite, kind and to use appropriate language. Any incidents of inappropriate behaviour should be reported to the school.
• Girls must give a term’s notice in writing to the co-ordinator when they wish to stop using the bus.”
