Curriculum Overview

PPIII is the last class of Key Stage 1 and is a very important year.

The girls are taught by their form teacher for most subjects. PE, ICT and Music are taught by specialist teachers. The girls have reading, maths and spellings to do for homework.

There are a great deal of reading and writing skills to learn and in maths, numbers up to 1000 are investigated along with lots of practical maths too.

A day trip to the seaside takes place and this wonderful day out is the focus for history and geography lessons in the summer term.

The girls start to learn the violin or cello, and French and Mandarin clubs are offered as after school activities.
