Bird's Eye View of the Development Site - Project 125
As many parents have noticed who drive along the A281 or who have come to the Saturday morning tours guided by a current parent, progress at the site is truly remarkable. The steel framework for the Sports Hall is now virtually complete and the basement of the Assembly and Performance Centre has been excavated. To view a time lapse film of the construction so far, you can download a video from the following page: Film of Project 125

Street Art
Most of you are probably aware by now that we cannot keep away any longer from painting on the hoardings around the building site! A ‘Street Art’ competition has been organised with all six Houses taking part. A theme has been set - World Continents - and each House has been allocated four panels on which to create their own interpretation of their particular continent. Spray paints are provided! Until now we have been held back by the weather, but as the days are at last beginning to draw out we are seeing signs of colour emerging…. A large number of subject mentors are also working on panels around the site, although it has to be said that there is not a great deal to see as yet - History of Art is leading the way! Work on the hoardings will continue through till half term in May, after when the House panels will be judged, with the prize-winning House being announced on Open Day afternoon in July.
