Cullture Vultures 5th and 26th February
|
“The Pitmen Painters”
, Fri 5th February. I saw this a couple of weeks ago and it is such a fabulous play I really would love to take Culture Vultures there - everyone who loves Art should go! It is very funny but also poignant, superbly acted and a very tight production - highly recommended.
“Van Gogh: the Artist and his Letters” at the Royal Academy, Friday 26th February. This is the first major exhibition of the artist’s works in London for 40 years! It will doubtless be a milestone in the exhibition world. If you have not yet seen the posters for both these events and would like to join us please sign up as soon as you can.

Bird's Eye View of the Development Site - Project 125
|
As many parents have noticed who drive along the A281 or who have come to the Saturday morning tours guided by a current parent, progress at the site is truly remarkable. The steel framework for the Sports Hall is now virtually complete and the basement of the Assembly and Performance Centre has been excavated.
To view a time lapse film of the construction so far, you can download a video from the following page:
